Site Engineer (Civil Engineering)

Job Description & Requirements

In view of our recently awarded projects, we are looking to expand our engineering team.

Job Description:

• Develop project plans, including timelines, resource requirements, and budgets.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are clearly defined and met.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Review and interpret engineering designs, drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, codes, and safety guidelines.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to verify work meets project requirements.
• Foster a collaborative work environment, promoting communication and problem-solving.
• Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, and project updates.
• Address client concerns and inquiries promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• With an understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methodologies, and project management techniques.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients and stakeholders.

The remuneration package shall be commensurate with relevant project experiences, proven track records and professional skills.
