- Operate machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures and supervisor instructions to meet production targets
- Conduct quality control checks through physical and visual inspections to maintain product standards
- Perform daily pre-operation machinery inspections to identify and report potential defects or maintenance needs
- Follow workplace safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace following 5S Housekeeping principles
- Execute preventive maintenance tasks on assigned machines and equipment as per schedule
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and suggest process enhancements
- Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Preferably with 2 years working experience in welding/fitting
- Positive work attitude and team player
