Corporate Finance, Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management: Manage finance functions, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, treasury, and financial reporting.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and long-term objectives.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, corporate governance, and relevant laws and regulations.
• Financial Analysis & Decision Support: Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to inform strategic business decisions.
• Risk Management: Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s/CFA preferred).
• Extensive senior finance experience, ideally with corporate finance and capital markets exposure.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial regulations, and corporate governance.
• Proven expertise in corporate finance, financial planning, reporting, and treasury management.
• Leadership experience managing and developing finance teams.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with management, regulators, and advisors.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
