Who We Looking For

Our secretaries typically support several lawyers and the role may be challenging and fast paced so you will need to be an efficient worker who is organized, meticulous, self-motivated and resourceful. You will also need to be an excellent communicator, a team player and have integrity to handle highly confidential information appropriately.

• Provide efficient secretarial and administrative support to the lawyers in the Arbitration / Litigation or General Disputes practices.
• Maintain lawyer’s clients contact list in the firm’s CRM system.
• Prepare and send out bills including bill narrations.
• Track bills status and send out chasers.
• Prepare legal documents and court bundles.
• Open new legal files or close files.
• Any other secretarial duties as assigned by supporting lawyers.

• Solid secretarial skills and prior experience in a law firm is preferred.
• Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin. (in order to handle queries from English and Mandarin speaking counterparts and also to schedule appointments for English and Mandarin speaking clients.)
• Good proficiency in legal documentation and Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Table of Contents in MS Word).

• Meticulous, able to multi-task and work within tight timelines.
