Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site corrective and preventive maintenance on semiconductor metrology equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to reduce equipment downtime.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance work, equipment performance, and spare parts inventory.
- Ensure spare parts availability to support timely service tasks.
- Strictly adhere to safety protocols and cleanroom standards.
- Contribute to Continuous Improvement Projects (CIPs).
- Carry out other tasks as assigned to support operational needs.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering
- 3 years’ experience as a field service engineer in semiconductor metrology.
- Hands-on expertise with defect inspection or review tools.
- Able to work in cleanroom environments
