Job Summary:

We're looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations and sales orders, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure seamless order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
Prepare accurate quotations and sales orders, ensuring all details are captured
Collaborate with suppliers and customers to ensure orders are fulfilled according to requirements
Monitor outstanding sales orders and proactively address any issues that arise
Perform other related tasks as assigned by the sales team

Job Requirements:

Minimum qualification: Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
At least 1 year of working experience in a related field (sales, customer service, or retail)
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent coordination and communication skills
Entry-level candidates with a background in Sales - Retail/General are highly encouraged to apply
