Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Product Specialist who is passionate about lifestyle culture and enjoys engaging with people. You will be the face of FILTR — introducing customers to our products, supporting events, and ensuring a welcoming, inspiring in-store experience.

• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers in-store
• Support store operations including merchandising, cashiering, and stock handling
• Assist during brand launches, pop-ups, and community events
• Maintain store presentation and ensure a positive customer experience
• Support online order packing and fulfilment when required

• Passion for lifestyle retail (fashion, outdoor, wellness, music, or design)
• Customer service or retail experience preferred but not required
• Friendly, approachable, and able to communicate well
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, event-driven environment
• Must be able to commit to at least 1 weekday and 1 weekend shift per week
• Minimum 2–3 days per week overall
