Accountant (6 months contract)
Location: WoodlandsWorking Timing : Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 6pm. Friday 8.30am - 5.30am
Salary : $4300 to $5000 (subject to qualifications and experience)
Key Responsibilities- Post and review journal entries in NetSuite
- Perform month-end closing and balance sheet reconciliations
- Maintain fixed asset register and run depreciation
- Prepare management reports, variance analysis, and forecasts
- Support grant and restricted fund tracking
- Assist in reports for government agencies, donors, and grantors
- Prepare audit schedules (PBCs) and support audit queries
- Prepare GST F5 returns
- Review AR/AP journals and verify payment, refund, and e-claims batches
Requirements
Degree in Accounting or Finance
ACCA / CPA preferred
2–5 years accounting experience
Experience in non-profit, social services, or service-based organisations preferred
Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems
Proficient in MS Excel (e.g. pivot tables, lookups)
