Senior Test Engineer (Power Electronics)

A globally established European technology company with a growing R&D Competence Center in Singapore focused on sensor technology and power electronics for industrial, energy, building automation, and green mobility applications. The Singapore team plays a key role in developing and qualifying next-generation electronics and power solutions for the global market.

Senior Test Engineer

• Design and execute test plans for electronics and power electronics products, including hardware and embedded software.
• Develop test setups, automation scripts, and validation methodologies to ensure product quality, reliability, andcompliance.
• Collaborate closely with R&D teams to identify issues, drive corrective actions, and support product lifecycle improvements.
• Improve testing efficiency through new technologies, automation, and process enhancements。

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience in hardware and firmware testing using lab equipment such as oscilloscopes and power supplies.
• Familiarity with test automation tools such as Python, LabVIEW, PyQt, or similar.
• Experience with industrial communication protocols(e.g. MODBUS, CAN, PMBUS); EMC, safety, or high-power testing experience is aplus.
