Personal Assistant to CEO

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily household management (property maintenance, repairs,
vendor coordination, etc.)
  • Coordinate appointments and schedules
  • Liaise with external parties (schools, clinics, property agent, travel agent,
etc.)
  • Support expense tracking, reimbursement, and document organization
  • Assist in managing household staff and daily coordination
  • Follow up on tasks and ensure timely completion
  • Assist in planning and accompanying family members on local and
overseas trips (itinerary planning, hotel bookings, travel coordination, etc.)
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments as required
Requirements
  • 6 working days per week, 3-month probation period
  • Experience as a Personal Assistant or Household Manager is a plus, but
not mandatory
  • Preferred background in Business, Accounting, Education, or related
disciplines
  • Enjoys interacting with children; friendly, warm, and approachable
personality
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and dependable
  • Self-motivated and willing to learn
  • Able to multitask and stay organized
  • Basic proficiency in office software

What We Offer:

Salary: 4500-5500 SGD×13months, + CPF
