Sales assistant manager

A well-established food distribution company supplying high-quality fresh produce, gourmet meats, specialty products to restaurants, hotels and other F&B establishments. We are seeking a young highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our dynamic sales team as a Sales Assistant Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Business Development Manager with customer orders and order processing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery.
• Assist with sales reports and data entry.
• Assist with sales promotions and marketing activities.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in customer service, sales support, or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of food industry is a plus.
