Financial Analyst (Elevator Industry/Excel) #JYS - Toa Payoh

• Lead monthly project forecasts, annual budgeting, and management reporting in close collaboration with business stakeholders
• Manage monthly and year-end financial closing processes with accuracy and timeliness
• Analyse financial data to spot trends, identify issues, and recommend solutions for process or performance improvements
• Monitor project costs and take the lead in driving initiatives to reduce overruns
• Work across teams to improve net working capital and overall financial efficiency
• Ensure internal controls are followed and assist in strengthening financial governance
• Prepare and deliver reliable financial and management reports that meet business and regulatory standards
• Review or perform monthly accounting reconciliations to ensure data accuracy
• Provide support during audits and compliance reviews
• Take ownership of or contribute to ad hoc finance-related projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Dip/Deg in Accountancy or other related courses
• Prior working experience will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Excel is a must, Power BI and SAP will be an added advantage.
