Office Manager/Admin Manager (General Affairs) - Up to $6,000 + Bonus + Benefits
- Location: Aljunied MRT (After Chinese New Year, relocating to Jurong Pier Road - 2 mins walk from Jurong Pier MRT)
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $6,000 + Performance Bonus + Staff Benefits
- Duration: Permanent
- Industry: Construction building materials
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee company general affairs and administrative operations
- Manage office building and property-related matters
- Provide administrative support to the Director / Owner
- Handle management of company facilities, including open areas and staff dormitories
- Act as the main point of contact for external parties
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar administrative role, preferably supporting senior executives
- Organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
