As a Senior Nurse Manager (Home Care), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Lead, plan and oversee nursing operations, resource allocation and service delivery within Home Nursing.
• Ensure compliance with MOH guidelines, Singapore Nursing Board regulations and organisational policies.
• Drive clinical governance, quality assurance, patient safety and risk management initiatives.
• Develop and implement strategic plans in consultation with HOD to achieve clinical and business KPIs.
• Oversee continuous quality improvement, audits and performance metrics.
• Lead and manage a team of community nurses and doctors to ensure high standards of care coordination and operational effectiveness.
• Establish and review SOPs aligned with evidence-based practices and nursing standards.
• Recruit, develop and retain nursing and care staff, including competency assessments and structured training programmes.
• Conduct fair and objective performance appraisals for remuneration and development planning.
• Strengthen leadership capabilities by mentoring and coaching Nurse Managers, Nurse Clinicians and Nurse Educators.
• Collaborate with senior management and external stakeholders to develop and implement new programmes and emerging care models.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, professionalism and continuous improvement.
• Lead initiatives to enhance clinical governance, patient safety and service quality in home care.
• Participate in staff education, professional development and clinical service projects.
• Maintain professional knowledge through ongoing learning and professional networking.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Head of Department.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board and a Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing management or health services management experience, including at least 3 years in people management, with community care exposure.
• Strong leadership capability with proven experience in driving clinical governance, quality standards, and operational performance.
