Toa Payoh - Business Development Manager x 2 (Contract Logistics ; Mooring & Yard Services)

Focus Areas:

1. 3PL Contract Logistics (Workplace: East area)
2. Mooring & Yard Services (Workplace: West Area)

Each Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and securing contracts in their respective focus areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business strategies to grow revenue within the assigned business unit.
• Identify new market opportunities and cultivate a pipeline of prospective clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling commercial proposals and presentations.
• Lead contract negotiations and support tender submissions.
• Collaborate closely with operations teams to design and deliver solutions that meet client requirements.
• Track and report on key performance indicators and sales forecasts.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Logistics, Maritime Studies, or relevant field.
• At least 5 years of relevant business development or sales experience.
• For Contract Logistics: Background in supply chain, warehousing, or freight logistics.
• For Mooring & Yard Services: Experience in marine services, offshore logistics, or port operations.
• Proven ability to close deals and manage strategic accounts.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Self-starter with a strong drive to achieve targets.
