About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and ambitious Sales and Marketing Executive to join the team. This full-time role will be based in the East Region and will be responsible for driving new business development and expanding the company's client base.

What you'll be doing

Actively seek out new sales opportunities
To maintain good rapport with existing company's customers
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products / services to potential customers
Prepare quotation and ensure smoothly follow-up
Negotiate / close deals and handle complaints or objectives
To meet sales targets (KPI) set by the company
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve better results
To ensure that payment is promptly collected according to schedules
To learn technical knowledge of products

What we're looking for

Minimum Diploma and above or 3 years experience in sales and marketing (Construction)
Preferable with architect / building materials sales experience
Preferably with vehicle (transport allowance and performance incentive provided)
With eager-to-learn and goal-driven attitude
Willing to pick up technical knowledge
Fluent spoken and written in English
