Admin / HR Job Description
Job Title:
Administrative & Human Resources Executive- Administrative Responsibilities
- Handle daily office administration tasks (filing, documentation, records management).
- Prepare and maintain company documents, contracts, and internal reports.
- Manage office supplies, procurement, and vendor coordination.
- Coordinate office maintenance, renovation, and facility management.
- Support management with scheduling, meeting arrangements, and travel bookings.
- Handle invoice processing, purchase orders, and payment follow-ups with finance.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and internal compliance.
- Human Resources Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment process: job posting, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation.
- Handle employee records, attendance, leave tracking, and payroll support.
- Manage CPF submissions and statutory compliance (MOM, IRAS, CPF Board).
- Assist in foreign worker applications (EP, S P, Work Permit, quota tracking).
- Coordinate staff training, probation reviews, and performance documentation.
- Handle staff welfare, benefits, and employee relations matters.
- Compliance & Corporate Support
- Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations and company policies.
- Maintain company policies, employee handbook, and SOP documentation.
- Support audits and corporate governance requirements.
- Skills & Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1–3 years of admin or HR experience
- Familiar with MOM regulations, CPF, and payroll processes.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
