Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and service-oriented Receptionist & Administrative Assistant to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning. This role plays a key part in creating a positive first impression and supporting business operations in a fast-paced trading environment.
Responsibilities- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Manage front desk duties, including answering calls and handling enquiries
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate replenishment
- Arrange travel bookings and handle courier services
- Provide administrative and coordination support to management and visiting colleagues
- Support meeting room setup and general office coordination
- Liaise with vendors for office maintenance and services
- Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned
- Strong customer service mindset and professional etiquette
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese (spoken and written) to liaise with bilingual clients and colleagues, and handle documents
- Responsible, well-organized, and a good team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel)
- Good time management skills with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
- Prior experience in front desk or administrative roles preferred
