Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and service-oriented Receptionist & Administrative Assistant to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning. This role plays a key part in creating a positive first impression and supporting business operations in a fast-paced trading environment.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
  • Manage front desk duties, including answering calls and handling enquiries
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate replenishment
  • Arrange travel bookings and handle courier services
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to management and visiting colleagues
  • Support meeting room setup and general office coordination
  • Liaise with vendors for office maintenance and services
  • Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned
Preferred competencies and qualifications
  • Strong customer service mindset and professional etiquette
  • Good communication skills in English and Chinese (spoken and written) to liaise with bilingual clients and colleagues, and handle documents
  • Responsible, well-organized, and a good team player
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel)
  • Good time management skills with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
  • Prior experience in front desk or administrative roles preferred
