We're Hiring: Junior Sous Chef

Join our passionate culinary team and bring your creativity to the table! We're looking for a Junior Sous Chef to help lead daily kitchen operations and support the Head Chef in delivering exceptional dining experiences.

What You’ll Do:

  • Supervise and support kitchen team members in daily prep and service
  • Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and equipment upkeep meet our standards
  • Assist in menu planning, staff training, and inventory control
  • Step in for the Sous Chef as needed, including conducting briefings and meetings
  • Maintain efficient kitchen operations within budget

What You Bring:

  • Min. 3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong leadership, time management, and culinary skills
  • Work Schedule: Alternate 5 / 6-day work week
  • Working Hours: Typically 10am–10pm or 11am–11pm
  • Average Weekly Hours: Up to 60 hours
  • Salary Range: Basic up $3,900, depending on experience + Overtime
  • Working location: Orchard or Dempsey
