Senior Business Development Executive (Fintech / Payments)
AiMT Horizon Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Business Development Executive to lead strategic merchant acquisition and partnership growth.- Salary: S$3,000 – S$4,000 base + attractive commission
- Working Hours: 9:30AM – 6:30PM (Mon–Fri)
- Start Date: ASAP
You will be responsible for driving high-value merchant acquisition, managing key accounts, and expanding AiMT Horizon’s network of resellers, agents, and channel partners. This is a leadership-focused role where you will also mentor junior Business Development Executives and contribute to overall team performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Acquire and manage high-value merchant accounts across key industries (retail chains, hospitality, healthcare, professional services)
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships with upselling opportunities
- Develop and grow channel partner networks (agents, resellers, integration partners)
- Lead strategic sales initiatives and support go-to-market plans
- Represent the company at industry events and fintech expos
- Track performance, prepare reports, and manage sales pipelines
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in B2B sales / fintech / payments / POS / merchant services
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin
- Existing merchant or channel network is highly preferred
