Sales & Business Development Manager

1. Identify new markets and growth opportunities.
2. Conduct market research to identify potential client.
3. Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior and provide feedback to Management.
4. Develop sales action plans to close performance gaps.
5. Propose strategies to improve underperforming territories or segments.
6. Plan quarterly and annual sales goals.
7. Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts.
8. Monitor and analyze sales performance against set targets.
9. Build strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
10. Collaborate with sales teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
11. Ad-hoc duties as per assigned.

Requirements:

1. Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
2. More than 5 years in Sales, Business Development & Marketing experience.
3. Experience in industrial, maritime or engineering sectors is advantageous.
4. Strong skills in strategic planning, market analysis, and competitive research.
5. Proficient in MS Office and CRM.
6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
7. Self-motivated, analytical, problem-solving, and able to work independently.
8. Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong follow through.
9. Willing to travel overseas when required.
