Part-Time Admin Assistant

Job Description
  • Support reception desk operations
  • Provide administrative support to the management team
  • Assist with invoice processing and run simple reports
  • Manage the office pantry and storage space
  • Filing of documents and records
  • Assist in the packing and preparation of packages
  • Handle claims and timesheets
  • Perform ad hoc duties and any other HR matters as assigned
Job Requirements
  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level
  • Ability to work independently
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Strong skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Basic knowledge in simple accounting (Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable - AR/AP)
  • Preferably residing in Central or West areas
  • Available 2–3 times per week, approximately 4 hours per day
