• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos (TikTok, IG Reels) showcasing our beauty services, promos, customer transformations, salon vibes.
• Trend-spotting: keep up with viral TikTok audio, trends, and adapt them for the salon’s branding.
• Work with lash/nail techs to film “before & after” content and educational clips.
• Post consistently (e.g. 3–5 times per week) with engaging captions and hashtags.
• Monitor engagement, reply to comments/DMs related to content.
• Suggest new content ideas for promotions, seasonal campaigns, and viral challenges.

• Front Desk & Customer Service
• Greet walk-in clients and manage check-ins.
• Handle appointment bookings, rescheduling, and confirmations (via WhatsApp, Fresha, ClassPass, etc.).
• Collect payments
• Introduce customers to promotions, upsell add-ons (e.g. nail art, spa treatments, products).
• Answer phone/WhatsApp queries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain front desk area (tidy, stocked with brochures/products).
