Job Responsibilities:
As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Sales & Business Development:Presenting, promoting, and selling our spa packages, memberships, and services to existing and prospective customers (individual and corporate).
Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and customer relationships to encourage repeat business, referrals, and loyalty.
Achieving agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through various channels, including corporate partnerships, local outreach, networking, and community engagement.
Understanding client needs and preferences to recommend suitable spa services and packages.
Negotiating/closing deals and handling customer inquiries or objections effectively.
Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Marketing & Brand Promotion:Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients and enhance brand visibility.
Managing and creating engaging content for our social media platforms, website, and other digital marketing channels.
Assisting in the creation of marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, digital ads, etc.).Conducting market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Planning and executing promotional events, campaigns, and activities to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
Collaborating with the spa team to ensure brand consistency and a seamless customer experience.
Supplying management with reports on customer feedback, sales performance, market trends, and marketing ROI.
Keeping abreast of industry best practices, new wellness trends, and innovative marketing techniques.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven work experience as a Sales & Marketing Executive, or in a similar role encompassing both sales and marketing functions, preferably in the wellness, hospitality, beauty, or service industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and marketing techniques.
- Excellent selling, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport quickly.
- Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing marketing campaigns (digital and traditional).
- Proficiency in using social media platforms for marketing purposes.
- Creative mindset with an ability to generate engaging content.
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations.
- Customer-oriented approach with a genuine passion for wellness.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Experience with marketing analytics tools and graphic design software (e.g., Canva) would be a plus.

Salary Range: $3,300 - $6,200 per month (This will be commensurate with experience and qualifications)
