We are expanding our team and are looking for experienced and passionate Beauty Spa Therapists who are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and enhancing our clients’ wellness journeys.

Job Responsibilities

Perform a full range of beauty and body spa treatments, including:

Aromatherapy oil massage
Body slimming & detox therapy
Signature facial treatments
Foot reflexology or head & shoulder massage (if certified)

Provide professional consultation and personalised treatment recommendations to clients
Maintain high hygiene standards and prepare treatment rooms before and after use
Upsell treatments and promote in-house aromatherapy retail products professionally
Ensure client satisfaction and build strong customer relationships
Support in spa operations and assist with workshop or promotional events when required

Requirements

At least 1–3 years of experience as a beauty or spa therapist
Possess relevant certifications in beauty therapy, body massage, or equivalent
Skilled in one or more of the following: facial, body massage, aromatherapy, slimming
Knowledge of aromatherapy or essential oils is an advantage
Warm, customer-focused, and professional service attitude
Able to work retail shifts, weekends, and public holidays (off-days are rostered)
Candidates with CIBTAC, ITEC, CIDESCO or WSQ certifications will be prioritised
