Strategy & Operations Manager

At PropertyLimBrothers, we don’t just “do” Ops—we solve the toughest problems in the business. We’re hiring a Strategy & Operations Manager to design the elegant, scalable solutions that will power our ambitious growth.

This is a high-impact role for a proactive problem-solver who will dive deep into every part of our business, from strategy to execution.

• Build & Scale: Design and optimize scalable processes, playbooks, and SOPs for our rapid expansion.
• Lead Projects: Take full ownership of critical strategic projects, from defining priorities to successful execution.
• Analyze & Track: Develop data-driven performance tracking systems to guide our business decisions.
• Collaborate: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of services.

• 3-5 years of experience in consulting, business operations, or a fast-growing startup.
• A degree in STEM or another highly quantitative field.
• A proven track record of leading complex projects end-to-end.
• Exceptional analytical skills and a talent for simplifying complex problems.
• A genuine interest in the real estate, media, and tech industries.
