About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and organised Admin Executive to join our dynamic team. This full-time position offers excellent exposure to office administration, operations support and stakeholder coordination. You will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth running of site operations while working closely with various departments.

• Provide administrative and secretarial support to site teams.
• Assist with data entry, document filing and maintenance of proper records.
• Prepare reports, quotations, letters and other documents as required.
• Support the implementation and enhancement of office procedures and policies.
• Liaise with internal departments, clients, vendors and external stakeholders.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

• Minimum GCE 'N' / 'O' Level.
• Prior experience in administration, customer service or operations support will be advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
