Job Description
  • Plan and implement year-round promotions/campaigns to drive sales and
awareness, including designing of mechanics, engagement with retailers/tenants for their buy-in and developing communications plan.
  • Liaising and managing external vendors; contractors, event companies, social
media agencies for the successful launch of all campaigns and projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop data analytics, to measure the output and outcomes of marketing strategies/initiatives utilising our physical, digital, and phygital touchpoints, and to automate the production and prediction of actionable insights that will be used to design new marketing strategies, with an aim to improve sales conversion and ROI of campaigns and marketing
channels.
  • Plan and manage editorial, promotions for various platforms to drive engagement from online to offline and vice versa. Implement creative omnichannel digital strategies with digital marketing team to encourage retailers and consumers to join our platform. This includes but not limited to social media marketing, search engine optimization and conversion rate optimization to drive awareness and platform’s omni-channel performance.
  • Conduct post-mortem reports to assess the effectiveness of the campaigns/promotions in terms of shoppers traffic and GTO performance.
  • Drive marcom revenue by active marketing of atrium, advertising space and any other new revenue streams.
  • Support in monitoring campaign budgeting and revenue drivers.
  • Supervise Concierge work schedule matters, ensuring smooth and efficient
workflow of day-to-day operations.
  • Undertake other administrative deliverables such as financial processes,
procurement, competitive quote sourcing and operational coordination, when
required.
  • Support in ad hoc designs for posters, decals, signages, and diplays, when
required.
  • Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by

immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to time.

Job Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in Retail/Mall Marketing Experience or a similar role of min. 2 years is required. Experience in event management, sales of advertising and management of Atrium bookings will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Design software (eg. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc)
  • Good knowledge in digital marketing, including social media platforms management, paid media buy and analytics.
  • Performance driven, outcome oriented and meticulous
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to motivate, guide, and delegate effectively, as well as flexible to work as a team and independently.
  • Problem-solving skills with ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Organizational skills with ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and stay organized.
