We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.

Including supporting to sales and procurement department for administration work.

  • Provide administrative support to the daily operations and coordination of activities with cross functional department to ensure database are accurate and updated;
  • Assist in verifying daily stock & transaction and highlight irregularities
  • Data-entry of sales order;
  • Assist in the consolidation of reports ;
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior

Requirements:

  • Detail oriented and meticulous;
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective team player and fast learner
