Assistant / Project Manager (Fire Protection Solution)
Our client is seeking an Assistant / Project Manager to join their team!

Other Information:
- Working Day: 5.5 days
- Working Timing: 8am-5pm / 8am-12pm
- Working Location: Singapore Islandwide depend on project. HQ at Punggol
- Salary Range: $3,500-$6,500 (Depend on experience)
- Collaborate: Work closely with engineers and architects to define project needs and ensure quality outcomes.
- Negotiate: Engage with vendors to secure profitable agreements that benefit both parties.
- Resource Management: Plan and allocate resources efficiently, keeping an eye on budget constraints.
- Schedule: Develop detailed construction plans to meet project timelines.
- Inventory: Acquire equipment and materials and monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages and delays
- Supervise: Guide and oversee the work of various teams, ensuring tasks are completed to the highest standards.
- Vendor Relations: Identify and partner with subcontractors and vendors to support project needs.
- Business Development: Work alongside the Business Development Manager to secure new projects.
- Customer Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular updates and site visits.
- Experience: At least 2 years in project management, with a passion for M&E engineering and fire safety.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, planning, and leadership skills are a must.
- Education: A non-degree tertiary education background, with a focus on engineering or a related field.
