We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Commercial Executive to support the overall commercial performance of the Southeast Asia and Oceania markets.
This role is pivotal in driving business excellence by coordinating key commercial initiatives, supporting boutique activations, and ensuring accurate business reporting. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with market and regional teams to help achieve ambitious commercial goals while embodying Piaget’s spirit of excellence and creativity.
You will report directly to the Managing Director, Southeast Asia & Oceania (SEAO).
Key Responsibilities:
A. Commercial Events & Projects Coordination- Support the planning and execution of internal and external commercial events.
- Coordinate boutique activations and retail initiatives from a commercial perspective, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and seamless execution.
- Assist with preparations for market visits, client events, and major industry fairs (e.g., Watches & Wonders).
- Liaise cross-functionally with Marketing, Retail, and Operations to ensure project success and brand consistency.
- Prepare materials and reports for key commercial and management meetings.
- Support the creation of impactful presentations and dashboards to communicate business performance and insights effectively.
- Consolidate feedback and key actions to ensure follow-up and accountability.
- Produce and maintain regular sales performance reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
- Analyze sell-out data, market trends, and boutique KPIs to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Provide ad-hoc analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide administrative and operational support to boutiques.
- Manage POS creation, billing follow-up, and commercial documentation.
- Contribute to the optimization of boutique processes and commercial efficiency.
- Identify and propose process enhancements to improve agility and operational excellence.
- Act as a key liaison between boutiques, regional teams, and HQ on commercial topics.
- Support implementation of regional initiatives and best practices across markets
The exceptional skills we are looking for:
SKILLS- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably within the luxury, retail, or FMCG industries to support operational and commercial needs.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and proficiency in Excel and data tools.
- Excellent project coordination and multitasking skills.
- Effective communicator, fostering collaboration across markets and functions.
- Curious, agile, and eager to learn within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
