- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or MBA will be an advantage.
- Proven senior finance leadership experience within a multinational manufacturing environment.
- Prior exposure to aerospace, equipment manufacturing, or large-scale manufacturing industries will be highly advantageous.
- Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and SOX-controlled environments.
- Comprehensive finance expertise covering FP&A, controllership, tax, treasury, and compliance.
- Strong ERP and financial systems knowledge, with experience in automation or process improvements.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Partnership- Act as a trusted finance advisor to senior leadership, including the Managing Director and site General Managers.
- Support the development and execution of business strategies aligned with financial and operational objectives.
- Provide financial analysis, modelling, and insights to support decision-making and profitability improvement.
- Evaluate new business opportunities, capital investments, and strategic initiatives.
- Lead financial planning activities including annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term strategic planning.
- Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with corporate standards and US GAAP requirements.
- Drive financial performance through KPI monitoring, variance analysis, and business insights.
- Partner with operational teams to promote strong financial discipline and data-driven decision making.
- Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
- Ensure the integrity of financial reporting and strong internal control frameworks.
- Manage tax, treasury, statutory reporting, and regulatory compliance matters.
- Coordinate with global finance teams to ensure alignment with corporate policies and reporting standards.
- Lead external audits and statutory account preparation.
- Identify opportunities to improve operating efficiency, working capital management, and profitability.
- Support operational improvement initiatives across manufacturing sites.
- Monitor inventory, standard costing, and operational metrics to enhance financial visibility.
- Drive automation and data analytics initiatives to improve financial reporting and processes.
- Lead and develop a high-performing regional finance team.
- Foster strong collaboration between finance, operations, commercial, and supply chain teams.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and clear performance expectations to build team capability.
