Job Summary:

The Personal Assistant cum Marketing Manager will provide comprehensive executive support to the Director while managing and executing the company’s marketing and advertising initiatives. This dual-role position requires strong organizational, communication, and marketing skills to ensure smooth daily operations, effective coordination, and impactful marketing campaigns that support the Director and understudy real estate agents.

Also plays a vital role in supporting the property sales team by generating leads, securing appointments, and promoting property listings to prospective buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. This role requires strong communication and persuasion skills to build interest in property opportunities, nurture leads, and connect qualified prospects with property agents.

Key Responsibilities:

Personal Assistant Duties:

  • Manage the Director’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and phone communications on behalf of the Director.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for business and client meetings.
  • Arrange travel itineraries, accommodation, and logistics where required.
  • Maintain proper filing systems, records, and documentation for easy retrieval.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure the Director’s work is carried out efficiently.

Marketing Manager Duties:

  • Plan, develop, and implement marketing and advertising strategies to promote real estate services.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (social media, Google Ads, property portals, EDMs).
  • Create engaging marketing content including property listings, brochures, social media posts, and videos.
  • Support the Director and understudy real estate agents with marketing materials to generate quality leads.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitors’ activities, and best practices in real estate marketing.

Telemarketing Duties:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospects from lead databases, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
  • Introduce property projects, resale listings, or rental opportunities in a professional and engaging manner.
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their property needs, budget, and timeline.
  • Schedule appointments and property viewings for agents with interested clients.
  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or cold calling lists.
  • Generate qualified leads, set up appointments, and pass leads to the sales team.
  • Comply with company telemarketing policies, call scripts, and regulatory guidelines.
