Admin & Account Executive
Job Title: Admin & Account Executive
Responsibilities:
Handle daily administrative tasks and office coordination
Manage invoice, receipts, payments, expenses and maintain accurate financial records
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
Perform data entry and bookkeeping tasks
Assist with budgeting and financial reporting
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records and organized filing systems (physical and digital)
Handle correspondence and communications Perform other administrative tasks as required
Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and clients when required
Support management with reports and other admin duties
Requirements:
Accounting knowledge and experience
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong organizational, communication skills and time management skills
Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Prior experience in admin and accounts will be an advantage
