Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the beauty salon to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
- Lead and motivate a team of beauticians, therapists, and front-desk staff to achieve high standards of customer service
- Handle staff scheduling, training, and performance reviews
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and staff
- Manage inventory of salon products and supplies; monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
- Monitor sales performance, set targets, and implement strategies to achieve revenue goals
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and resolve any complaints professionally
- Plan and execute promotional activities and marketing initiatives to attract new customers
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Prepare regular reports on sales, expenses, and staff performance to the management
- Proven experience as a salon manager or in a similar leadership role within the beauty industry
- Strong knowledge of salon services and current beauty trends
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in basic administrative and financial tasks (e.g., scheduling, POS systems, inventory control)
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays if required
- Minimum diploma in Business Management, Beauty Therapy, or related field (preferred but not strictly required)
