Senior Mechanical Engineer - Bukit Batok

We are looking for a Principal Mechanical Engineer to lead and support mechanical engineering scopes across all phases of LNG project execution—Feasibility, Pre-FEED, FEED, and EPCM. You will serve as the key point of contact for all mechanical matters, coordinating across disciplines, vendors, and clients to deliver quality, cost-effective solutions on schedule.
Key Responsibilities- Lead mechanical engineering deliverables: specifications, data sheets, technical evaluations, vendor reviews.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes (ASME, API, ISO) and company/project standards.
- Coordinate design between site and office teams, and participate in key project meetings.
- Provide technical leadership during design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
- Manage stakeholder communications and vendor engagements to resolve issues and drive results.
- Guide junior engineers and contribute to cost estimation and tender preparation.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering; Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
- 10+ years in Mechanical Engineering, with 5+ years in Oil & Gas FEED/EPCM projects.
- Proficient in both static and rotating equipment (pumps, compressors, tanks, heat exchangers, etc.).
- Strong understanding of international standards (API, ASME, ISO, etc.).
- Skilled in engineering software tools and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, project coordination, and leadership skills.
- Experience with LNG terminals or cryogenic systems is an advantage
