Executive/ Senior Executive, HR

Responsibilities:
- Manage the full spectrum of operational HR functions in an employee’s lifecycle, starting from talent acquisition and onboarding of new hires to the offboarding of resignees
- Support HR functional areas such as the administration of employee benefits programme, planning and implementing employee engagement activities, reviewing of HR policies and processes, etc
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and prepare HR reports as required
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource or any related field with minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Keen interest in healthcare, real estate and hospitality businesses and aspire to grow your career in a fast-paced environment
- High drive for results with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working as a team
