Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment activities from sourcing to placement
• Meet and achieve monthly sales targets
• Perform cold calling to develop new business accounts
• Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates
• Coordinate interviews and manage the offer process
• Liaise and coordinate between clients and candidates

Requirements:

• Candidates with CEI Certificate and recruitment experience will have added advantage
• Resilient and results-driven, with the ability to perform under pressure and achieve monthly sales targets
• Computer literate ; proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
