Japanese Speaking executive [Media advertising/ No experience welcome] - Geylang

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales activities to secure advertising placements from Japanese and local companies.
• Manage the full sales cycle including cold calling, scheduling appointments, conducting meetings, and follow-ups.
• Conduct client interviews to accurately assess advertising needs.
• Propose and plan media placements tailored to target audiences.
• Monitor campaign performance and implement adjustments to ensure client satisfaction.
• Finalize contracts and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate and share updates with internal departments.

Requirements:

• No experience is required; training will be provided.
• Demonstrates professional business etiquette and a positive attitude.
• Strong commitment to achieving sales targets and delivering results.
• High motivation to learn and grow
• Proficiency in Japanese language for liaising with Japanese speaking clients and stakeholders.

• Experience in sales, customer service, retail, or any profession involving interaction with people.
• Interest in media, both analog and digital (e.g., print, SNS, web advertisements).
