About the Role
Our client is a growing player in the marine satellite industry, supporting vessel communication and connectivity solutions. They are seeking a Junior Project Coordinator to support project execution, documentation, and coordination across teams.Fresh engineering graduates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate project activities and ensure smooth execution of project timelines
- Assist in preparation, tracking, and management of project documentation
- Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project progress
- Monitor project schedules and follow up on deliverables
- Support reporting, updates, and administrative tasks related to projects
- Ensure proper documentation control and filing
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Marine or related)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
