What You’ll Do

Own full-cycle recruitment: business development, client intake, role scoping, and market insights.
Source & assess talent (Boolean/X-ray, LinkedIn, referrals); screen, shortlist, and present CVs with sharp recommendations.
Run the process end-to-end—interviews, feedback, salary advice, offers/negotiation, reference checks, and onboarding.
Keep pipelines/ATS clean, deliver memorable candidate & client experiences, and stay compliant (MOM guidelines).
Hit activity, placement & revenue targets; forecast pipeline and report progress weekly.

What You’ll Bring

Agency recruiting or sales/BD experience (B2B/B2C).
Sharp communication, consultative selling, and resilience to thrive in a fast pace.
Hands-on with LinkedIn Recruiter/ATS and Boolean search; curious about market trends.
Ownership mindset, integrity, and a team-first attitude.
