Handle customer inquiries and requests related to deliveries, shipments, and logistics operations
Coordinate with warehouse, transport, and operations teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods
Update customers on delivery status and resolve any issues or delays proactively
Manage order processing, documentation, and data entry in the system accurately
Prepare and follow up on delivery notes, invoices, and other logistics-related paperwork
Maintain good relationships with customers by providing prompt and professional support

Requirements:

Minimum diploma / degree in business or any related fields
At least 1 year of experience in customer service or logistics preferred (training provided for fresh entrants)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good time management and cross-functional communication
