We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Executive to help us expand our business and increase our client base. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a proven track record of driving sales growth and building successful partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective business development strategies.
• Stay updated on industry news, and competitor activities.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to clients.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking activities.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Department to align business development strategies with marketing initiatives.
• Assist marketing manager in conducting market research analysis to identify potential clients and industries.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ year experience in Business development, Sales and Marketing in Healthcare sector
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
