Job Summary

Assist and coordinate procurement processes to ensure cost-effective purchasing, manage suppliers, support project schedules, and maintain accurate procurement records.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate purchasing processes to secure cost-effective procurement that meets company quality standards
  • Participate in supplier negotiations and assist in preparing purchase agreements to obtain favorable terms
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records for transparency and audit compliance
  • Support day-to-day office operations through administrative assistance
Required competencies and certifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in office administration, procurement, purchasing, or logistics
  • Communicate effectively and build relationships with vendors and internal teams to facilitate procurement
  • Organize and manage multiple procurement projects simultaneously to meet deadlines
  • Work efficiently under pressure to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
  • Apply negotiation and problem-solving skills to resolve procurement challenges
