Job Description

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our Companion Animal Division. This is a full-time position based in Singapore, where you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and grow business opportunities within the companion animal market, and
  • Drive the distribution and brand presence of VETPLUS in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities
  • Plan and carry out all sales activities within assigned accounts and territories.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain the quality of product and service delivery.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers.
  • Conduct telephone calls, in-person visits, and product presentations.
  • Handle and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly.
  • Plan and organize personal sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, technical services, market trends, competitor activities, and promotional developments.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and conventions as required.
Job Requirements
  • Preferably Malaysian with Permanent Residency or Employment Pass (EP)
  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Healthcare, Pharmaceutical / Medical Science, or a related field
  • At least 1–2 years of sales experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-disciplined and able to work independently under flexible working hours
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel when required
  • Good command of Mandarin, English, and Malay (proficiency in Mandarin is required to liaise effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients)
