• Support daily boutique operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency
• Manage stock organisation and ensure timely replenishment on the shop floor
• Maintain accurate stockroom organisation in line with company guidelines
• Assist in monitoring product availability and supporting sales team needs
• Ensure store maintenance, safety, and security procedures are followed
• Support visual presentation and ensure products are displayed according to brand standards
• Monitor and manage supplies (e.g., packaging, stationery, uniforms)
• Assist with administrative and back-office duties

• Experience in retail operations or a similar role; exposure to luxury retail is advantageous
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Proactive, efficient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and support the team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
