Job Responsibilities of NPI & Quality, Assistant Manager/ Manager- Lead and coordinate all activities related to ensuring product quality and adherence to standards.
- Develop and implement plans to gather and analyze quality data at various stages of production, collaborating with Production and Material teams.
- Establish and maintain a robust Quality Management System, ensuring its effective implementation and audit readiness.
- Monitor and control the processing and delivery of non-conforming products until corrective measures are implemented.
- Prepare and submit timely quality reports to the management, including statistical process control analysis.
- Minimum diploma
- 3-5 years experience in quality management for NPI
- Good understanding of ISO 13485 and QMS
