What’s Offered:
- Basic Salary $2500 – $3500 (based on experience)
- 14 Days AL + Bonus + Staff Discount
- Working Hours: Tue to Fri, 11am-8.30pm | Sat 11am-6pm
- Rest Days: Sunday & Monday
- Handle daily store operations, including picking, packing, and stock arrangement
- Conduct stock checks and prepare reports using Microsoft Excel
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Manage stock movement and inventory tasks
- Support overall retail operations to ensure smooth workflow
- Comfortable with physical tasks, including carrying loads during operational duties
- Provide excellent customer service support to both walk-in and online customers
- Attend to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Prepare reports and maintain records using Microsoft Excel
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service efficiency
Requirements (for both positions):
- Min. 2 years of experience in customer service or retail operations (experience in MLM, hotel, or hospitality industry is an advantage)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting
- Customer service–oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers
- Singaporean only
