Our client is a leading financial institution with an established presence across Asia, undergoing a multi-year transformation to enhance operational resilience and digital capability.
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex transformation initiatives spanning regulatory compliance, process optimisation, and digital enablement. This position will oversee multiple workstreams within Group Technology & Operations, working closely with senior business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver end-to-end project management across regulatory and digital initiatives.
- Manage project governance, budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships.
- Partner with Compliance, Risk, and IT teams to meet MAS and internal control requirements.
- Lead change management and communication efforts to ensure adoption across business units.
- 8–12 years’ experience in project management within banking or insurance, ideally within transformation, regulatory, or technology domains.
- Proven success delivering MAS or enterprise-level compliance / digital programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills.
- Prior contracting experience in financial institutions is advantageous.
