Purchasing Executive ($3000 to $3600 | Construction | ERP)

• Basic $3000 to $3600 + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Working hours: Normal Working Hours (Monday to Friday)
• Working location: Tuas (Company Transport Provided)

• Review purchase and service requests and suggest cost-effective alternatives when possible.
• Source and compare local and overseas suppliers to get the best pricing and services.
• Negotiate pricing and payment terms with vendors and issue purchase orders.
• Use ERP system to manage purchasing activities and records.
• Follow up on deliveries and ensure products/services meet required quality standards.
• Check vendor invoices against purchase orders and delivery records for payment processing.
• Ensure purchasing activities comply with company policies, regulations, and ISO standards.
• Maintain purchasing records and documents for audits.
• Support other purchasing and administrative duties when required.

• Diploma or equivalent qualifications or experiences
• Relevant experience in construction industry will be an advantage
